Our procurement specialists are focused on sourcing local livestock which have grazed natural pastures throughout the summer & a grass silage based diet during winter.

As a company we have created the B.E.S.T. (Beef Excellence Study Team). This team consists of recognized experts from a range of fields covering Animal Welfare, Ecology, Nutrition, Production, Cooking, Medicine, Social & Standard media, Marketing & Sales.
