Since the acquisition of our latest processing plant at Pniew in Poland we have set about creating a tailor made export beef range. Our procurement specialists focus on sourcing the finest Polish livestock. We ensure that cattle transportation is carried out with animal welfare in mind at all times. Our aim is to use efficient logistical planning to ensure cattle arrive at the factory in a comfortable and relaxed state. We apply our expertise at factory level taking care to ensure hygiene & food safety are paramount throughout. Our patented Ultra-Tender process is applied and the result is a high quality consistent & guaranteed tender export beef range.
