Drumlin Gold uses only the finest cattle, chosen from selected herds including the Monaghan Producer Group which boasts award winning farmers. Only cattle grading U, R and O, with a fat score between 2 and 4 are selected for Drumlin Gold, excellent confirmation and fat score are paramount. All Drumlin Gold beef is fully traceable.
Drumlin Gold is processed in Europe’s newest and most high tech production facility at ABP Clones, where we offer Europe’s first individual cut traceability system, unavailable elsewhere in Ireland or the UK.
